By booking, purchasing, or participating in any service offered through Stella Lumin Essence, you agree to the following terms. These are in place to support a clear, respectful, and well-held experience for both you and the space being offered.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Spirit Guidance & Alignment Sessions

• Multidimensional Healing Sessions

• Embodied Essence - mentoring and development sessions

• Be Luminous - group offerings, circles, and workshops

• Events and gatherings

• QHHT (currently in training)

All services are offered from a spiritual and intuitive perspective and are intended to support personal insight, reflection, and wellbeing.

Eligibility
Services are available to those aged 18 years or older.
​
If a session is requested for someone under 18, this must be arranged with appropriate consent from a parent or guardian.
​​
Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon payment. This secures your place and allows the space to be prepared and held with care, clarity, and intention.
​
All pricing is listed in AUD unless otherwise stated. Stella Lumin Essence reserves the right to update pricing or offerings at any time.
​
Cancellation & Rescheduling

Each session is held with care, intention, and presence and your time is reserved especially for you.

Bookings are non-refundable, including cancellations, missed appointments, completed sessions and change of mind.

​

If you need to reschedule, transfer or make a change to an individual session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. With sufficient notice, your booking may be rescheduled, transferred to another person, or credited towards another suitable offering where appropriate. If there is any difference in price, this will need to be paid before the new session or offering takes place.

Changes made within 24 hours notice cannot be rescheduled, transferred or credited.

Thank you for honouring the time and space held for your booking.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still conclude at the scheduled time in order to respect the space held for other clients.

Session Recordings
Sessions may be recorded and provided to you for personal use, unless you request otherwise.
​
By participating in a session, you consent to this recording. Recordings are for your private use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without permission.
​
Workshops, Group Offerings & Events
For group sessions, workshops, or events, your place is confirmed once registration is complete and any applicable payment has been received.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by Stella Lumin Essence or a collaborating host, you will be offered a transfer or refund where appropriate.

Specific booking conditions may apply to individual offerings and will be made available at the time of booking.

Collaborative events may be offered with other practitioners, facilitators or communities and may take place through third-party platforms. Any additional information or requirements for the event will be provided before the event.

Participants are asked to respect the privacy of others and keep personal experiences shared within group offerings, circles and events confidential.

Intellectual Property
All content shared through this website, sessions, or offerings — including written material, recordings, meditations, and guidance — remains the property of Stella Lumin Essence.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written permission.

Client Responsibility
All sessions, offerings, and guidance are provided from a spiritual and intuitive perspective and are intended for personal insight and reflection.

Outcomes may vary, and no specific results can be guaranteed.

By engaging in these services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing during and after any session.

Limitation of Liability
Stella Lumin Essence is not liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on the information provided during a session or through this website.

Right to Refuse Service
Stella Lumin Essence reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session if it is not deemed appropriate or aligned to continue.

Time Zones
All session times are scheduled according to the time zone selected at booking. It is your responsibility to ensure you are available at the correct time.

Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this website.
