the path that led me here
What Guides Me
I experience life through an awareness of both the seen and unseen.

What I offer is not something learned, it's something lived.

For much of my life, I have been drawn to explore what exists beneath the surface of our experiences, the emotions we carry, the patterns that repeat, the wisdom that quietly waits to be recognised, and the connection that remains present beyond what we can see.

My role is to create space for what is already there to be seen, felt, and remembered.

This work is guided by Spirit and held in a way that honours genuine connection, healing, and transformation, not through fixing or forcing, but through bringing awareness to what is ready to emerge.

Because when something is truly seen, it no longer holds the same weight.

Much of what we carry is not always personal. It can be inherited, embedded, or passed quietly through generations until it is brought into awareness. Through recognising these deeper layers, we create the opportunity for healing, release, and greater self-awareness.

At its heart, this journey is a return.

A return to self.

A return to inner knowing.

A return to the connection with Spirit that has always been there.

When we reconnect with the essence of who we are, clarity deepens, healing unfolds, and a different way forward becomes possible.

some journeys begin with a feeling...
I've spent much of my life searching for a deeper understanding of who I am, where I belong, and what exists beyond what can easily be seen or explained.

From a young age, I experienced the world differently. I was deeply intuitive, often sensing and knowing things without understanding why, while feeling that those around me didn't fully understand me either.

This left me with a persistent feeling of being different and a quiet questioning of where I fit within the world around me.

As I grew older, I became increasingly aware of my mixed Asian and European heritage within the Australian culture I was born into. At times, I felt caught between different worlds, carrying aspects of multiple cultures while never feeling fully identified with just one.

Looking back, this became an important part of my journey, deepening my exploration of identity, belonging, ancestry, and the influences that quietly shape who we become.

The turning point came with the passing of my father. It was the first time I experienced death closely, and it arrived during a period when I was still trying to understand myself and my place in the world.

In the years that followed, I found myself navigating grief, a fractured relationship with my mother, and the challenges of living with an autoimmune condition.

More than anything, I wanted to understand why I felt the way I did.

I was searching for belonging.

I was grieving.

I was trying to understand why my body was unwell.

I was trying to make sense of myself.

That search led me inward.

As I learned to listen more deeply to myself, I also became more aware of the subtle ways Spirit communicated with me.

This journey asked me to let go of many things I had once believed about myself and the world around me. Through surrender, trust, and a willingness to release what no longer felt aligned, I found myself deepening into a relationship with Spirit that felt both natural and profoundly supportive.

The more attuned I became to my own inner world, my thoughts, emotions, sensations, and intuitive senses, the clearer those senses became. In learning to understand my own energy more deeply, I also learned to recognise what was mine, what belonged to others and what was coming from Spirit.

Through this process, I began to understand how emotional experiences, ancestral patterns, and what we carry beneath the surface can shape the way we see ourselves, our relationships, and our lives.

What began as a personal journey of belonging, self-discovery, and healing gradually deepened my connection with Spirit and strengthened the relationship that now forms the foundation of my work.

Over time, I came to recognise that everything I had been moving through was leading me back to something deeper, a sense of purpose within it all.

Looking back, I realised that Spirit had been walking beside me the entire time. The connection I had been seeking was never something I needed to find, it was something I needed to recognise, trust, and nurture.

My connection with Spirit became something I was here to honour, and in doing so, I came to understand my place within it.

A natural bridge between the seen and unseen realms.

At the heart of it all was a simple remembering, that love does not end with physical life. It continues, it connects, and it can be felt in ways that bring comfort, clarity, and a deeper sense of meaning.

Today, I hold this space with care, presence, and attunement, supporting others as they reconnect with themselves, Spirit, and the essence of who they are.
